DELIVERY AND PAYMENT POLICY
SHIPPING PRODUCTS IN ROMANIA

The shipping of Nuca Organic products in Romania is done exclusively by express courier, the delivery cost being borne by the client, if the order amounts to less than 250 lei, or borne by us, if the order is greater than 250 lei.
The products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders received between Friday, 16.00 – Sunday, 16.00, are honored on Monday. The packaging is suitable for the transport of fragile products and the packages are secured. In case of breakage of a product, due to improper handling during transport, we replace the products free of charge. By fast courier you have the security of deliveries and you can rely on the speed of this means of transport.

PAYMENT METHODS

– Romania: online payment, cash on delivery, bank transfer
– EU: online payment, bank transfer
– Online with bank card (Visa / MasterCard)
If you have chosen the “Online by bank card” payment method, it is necessary to fill in a form with the information about your card in the secure page of the payment processor.
Credit / debit card payments issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the “3-D Secure” system developed by organizations that provide online transactions with the same level of security as those made at ATMs or in a physical environment, at the merchant.
“3-D Secure” ensures first and foremost that no information related to your card is transferred or stored at any time on the store’s servers or payment processor’s servers, this data being entered directly into Visa and MasterCard systems.
Important to know: no fee is charged for bank card payments!

DELIVERY COSTS IN ROMANIA

Fast courier in Bucharest: 12 lei, up to 1 kilogram (products plus packaging) and increases for each extra kilogram, with delivery within a maximum of 48 hours from placing the order, if the order is placed until 12 o’clock; up to 60 hours if the order is placed after 12 noon:
– Express courier in other localities: 18 lei, up to 1 kilogram (products plus packaging) and increases for each extra kilogram with delivery in maximum 48 hours from placing the order, if the order is placed until 12 o’clock; up to 60 hours if the order is placed after 12 noon:
The shipping fee will be added to the total price of the ordered products and will appear in the cart before sending the order. If you live in a locality where the express courier applies additional rates, please contact us to find an ideal mode of transport.

RETURN POLICY

As a consumer, you have the right to give up the purchase, without having to justify the decision to give up and without incurring other costs than those provided in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 10 days from the day you take possession of the product.
Customers who are dissatisfied with the product may return it and / or choose another product within the value of the returned product, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Www.nucaorganic.ro customers can return the purchased products only in the original packaging, within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt. The ordered product will be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you, with the same label attached, the original packaging and together with the delivery documents that accompanied it. Within a maximum of 30 days from the return date, we will return the value of your order.

If it has been decided to change the ordered products, the new order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 60 hours from the date of return of the ordered products. Price differences will be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return of the ordered products.
In all of the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
According to the legislation in force, the waiver of purchase is applicable only to individual customers.
Exercising the right of withdrawal: the consumer informs NUCA ORGANIC SRL regarding the decision to withdraw from the contract in writing, by filling in an RMA form: RMA FORM (docx) / RMA FORM (pdf)
