By browsing the site, gathering information and placing an order to Nuca Organic you agree with the terms and conditions displayed on the site www.nucaorganic.ro.
These terms may be updated at any time by SC Nuca Organic SRL, without the obligation to notify in advance any user, visitor or customer.
Clients will be compensated up to the full price of the products, in the event of damages or losses following the purchases on www.nucaorganic.ro.
Nuca Organic is not liable for incomplete information or possible errors in the site www.nucaorganic.ro, but constantly strives to correct and complete the information presented.
The personal data provided to SC NUCA ORGANIC SRL are used only for the purpose for which they were entered (making orders), as per the governing law. SC NUCA ORGANIC SRL does not provide e-mail addresses to third parties, does not encourage spam and does not make public the data provided by its customers without their explicit consent. Any user can request that the provided addresses be deleted from the database.
Prices are up to date. For products that are “out of stock” or “coming soon”, SC NUCA ORGANIC SRL cannot guarantee the selling price and one cannot place an order for these products. Availability is displayed in real time and can modify anytime during the processing of an order.
Discounts and promotions are not necessarily cumulative. Usually the discount with the highest value is applied.
The products sold through www.nucaorganic.ro are new and they arrive in the original packaging of the manufacturer, accompanied by an invoice. A certificate of conformity can be sent on request.
NUCA ORGANIC SRL reserves the right to select its customers. NUCA ORGANIC SRL reserves the right to refuse collaboration with customers who exhibit inappropriate behavior and language or have a history of refused / not picked up
orders.
Complaints
All complaints regarding deficiencies in the package, non-compliant products, invoicing errors, unordered items, shall be made within 5 days of receiving the package.
We do not take responsibility for complaints received after this period.

If you are unable to download and fill-in the form, you can contact us by phone and our operator will assist you. We strive to settle complaints as fast as possible!
IMPORTANT: a series of products require specific storage conditions, thus, subsequent quality complaints shall not be received or compensated, given our lack of control for storage conditions.

NUCA ORGANIC undertakes not to transmit the personal data of the site users to third parties and to use them only for the purpose of establishing contact with its customers, as well as to inform them on the aspects related to the operation of the site and its offers.

PRICES
Our policy reflects fair and stable prices long-term.
All the prices on this site in the Romanian language version are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated by the site system and will be displayed at the end of the order.
We reserve the right to change the selling prices displayed on the site without prior notice to the customer.

There is no minimum order required, an order can contain as many Soap mill products as you want.

NUCA ORGANIC SRL reserves the right to confirm orders by contacting customers by phone.
ONLINE ORDERS

At any time, you can view the shopping cart and the number of products in the menu at the top of the site.
FINALISING THE ORDER
You can finalize the order without being a Nuca Organic member, after filling in all the required fields on the checkout form. At the same time, you can create an account on the spot, entering only your name and email.
Check the entire order before sending it, press the “finalize order” button and wait for a confirmation e-mail from Nuca Organic. It will contain all the dates of the order, the total price and the shipping dates.
MODIFYING AN ORDER
As a completed order enters the automated parcel system, content changes can be made within a maximum of 1 hour of placing the order during business hours or anytime outside of business hours, until 8:00 a.m. working day.

Our products are safe and have no adverse health effects. It does not cause unwanted effects as long as they are used for the purpose for which they were produced, under normal conditions and respecting the warranty period. They have been tested and evaluated in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 1223/2009 / EC by a qualified safety assessor. The products do not contain prohibited substances, and the ingredients from which they are made respect all the legal conditions of safety. The products have not been tested on animals.
